Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required and no hidden charges at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

USA, UK, Canada, and Australia: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Other international destinations: 7–14 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or track your order here.

Can I track my order?

Yes — use our order tracking page and enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery updates.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. If you’re unsure, add your item to cart and proceed to checkout — your country will be confirmed at that stage.

Are there customs fees?

We ship with duty-paid where possible. However, in some cases international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are set by your country’s government and are not under our control. Contact us if you have concerns about a specific destination.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If something isn’t right, contact us at support@smarttotshop.com and we will sort it out. We sell baby safety products that are meant to be used — we’re not going to reject a return because a baby wore the backpack.

How do I start a return?

Email support@smarttotshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and will guide you through next steps. Do not send items back before hearing from us.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no extra cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is assessed, we process refunds within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it on your statement.

What age is the Baby Head Protection Backpack for?

Designed for babies aged 6 to 36 months, with a head circumference of 42–52 cm. The adjustable strap ensures a secure fit as your baby grows.

Does the Retractable Baby Gate fit my opening?

The gate extends from 28 inches to 55 inches (71–140 cm) wide. It works on smooth walls, painted drywall, tile, and wood frames. It is not suitable for curved or heavily textured surfaces. For top-of-stair installation, use the included wall-mount hardware. If your opening is wider than 55”, email us and we will advise.

Does the Baby Gate require drilling?

For most openings, no — the pressure-mount option requires zero drilling. For top-of-stair installation, we recommend the wall-mount option for safety, which leaves only small screw holes.

What WiFi does the SleepGuard Monitor need?

The SleepGuard connects to standard 2.4GHz WiFi. No special router is required. It works with iOS 12+ and Android 6.0+. All features — including live view, motion alerts, and night vision — are included at no extra cost. No subscription required.

What age is the Frog Potty Trainer for?

Designed for boys aged 18 months to 6 years. The mounting height is adjustable so it grows with your child. No plumbing required — the removable bowl empties into the toilet and rinses in seconds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but contact us as soon as possible at support@smarttotshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us at support@smarttotshop.com with your name and the email you used at checkout and we will resend it.
